La sua prima esperienza di volo risale all&#8217;et\u00e0 di due anni nel cestino della mongolfiera di sua madre. Suo nonno impar\u00f2 a volare in un piccolo aeroporto locale nel 1948, dove ha portato Tucker all&#8217;et\u00e0 di 10 anni. Le storie di aviazione di suo nonno alimentarono la sua passione per il volo e lo portarono a ottenere la licenza di pilota. Far volare aerei telecomandati e frequentare campi estivi dedicati all&#8217; aviazione porta a vere e proprie lezioni di volo a soli 15 anni. Un paramotore \u00e8 essenzialmente un parapendio motorizzato e sterzante, con un motore e un&#8217;elica posizionata dietro al pilota. Tucker ha completato il suo primo volo in paramotore a 18 anni e non si \u00e8 pi\u00f9 voltato indietro. Ha sperimentato tutti i tipi di volo, ma dice che volare con un paramotore \u00e8 diverso da qualsiasi altra cosa, \u00e8 come ci si immagina che sia volare da bambini.
