The European Union requires a Declaration of Conformity to the EU legislation, called Directives, for products that are placed on the market within the EU.

Reporting a Violation
Any employee of Sena or a third-party may report concerns about a violation or potential violation of Sena Code of Conduct or any anticorruption and bribery laws by an email to [compliance@sena.com]. Your information will be shared only with those who have a need to know to investigate violations. There will be no retaliation for the reporting of potential violations in good faith, and any retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.
